APIC Members
The Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) was incepted by Japan, Korea and Taiwan in 1979 and was known as the East Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (EAPIC). The forum was rechristened as Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference (APIC) in 2000, with inclusion of India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
This forum has participation from member countries – India (CPMA), Japan (JPCA), Korea (KPIA), Malaysia (MPA), Singapore (SCIC), Taiwan (PAIT) and Thailand (FTIPC) The affiliation is through their respective trade bodies.
APIC has established itself as a premier industry forum, well attended by government officials, senior corporate executives from petrochemical, chemical and chemical-related industries. Over the past few years, it has consistently drawn over 1,000 delegates from across the world.
The main objective of the conference is to spur mutual friendship and goodwill among the petrochemical industry players in Asia and around the world and thereby contribute to the advancement of the petrochemical industry in Asia.
